• Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery for physical goods.
• Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with all components. Opened consumables may be partially refundable at our discretion for safety reasons.
• Digital services: Non‑returnable once access is delivered, except where required by law.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
• Process time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• If Joint Engineering Lab US / UAB Latnera is the seller, email support@healthhubspace.com with your order number, purchase date, the email used at checkout, and reason for the request.
